Key Principle: Core Frameworks
This Playbook has a number of key principles that serve as a compass. They are intended to help everyone involved stay aligned, make good decisions, and adapt sensibly as circumstances evolve. Without a shared understanding of these foundations, it can be easy to get lost in the detail, apply processes too rigidly, or lose sight of the bigger picture.

This area of the Playbook describes the common frameworks used to manage and facilitate change across the organisation. It explains how these frameworks provide a shared structure for planning, delivering, and embedding change, while allowing flexibility in how they are applied in different contexts. By establishing a consistent set of approaches and language, the playbook area helps teams work more effectively together and ensures that change activity is coherent, repeatable, and aligned with organisational expectations.
